On F.I.R.E. program
To the Editor:
Your article about the F.I.R.E. program (March 30) brought back memories from 40 years ago when Catholic parents became bewildered and frustrated with schools that excelled in teaching math, English, science and competitive sports, but were amiss in teaching religion. How encouraging it is that you have defined the problem and have made a course of action to do something about it. As an Indianapolis resident, I subscribe to The Catholic Moment mostly because of these articles. Thank you for teaching us who profess the full faith.
