Sixth-graders
at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel School, Carmel, recently completed their
pro-life service project for “Memorial Day for the Unborn.” The students
wrote names on 4,000 small white flags that were planted in the church
lawn in memory of the 4,000 babies killed by abortion every day in the
United States. The words “Life Is Precious” appeared on each flag, and
banners were displayed to explain the symbolism of the flags and offer
information on where to get help. (Photo provided)
